The B9 2.0T's high-pressure fuel pump (HPFP) is laser-welded shut and non-upgradable. By swapping the stock HPFP with a VW MK7 2.0T vacuum pump housing and HPFP, you can upgrade to the iE HPFP MQB Internal Performance Kit, which ensures the necessary fuel delivery for ethanol power.
