Why Choose OEM Parts for Your Vehicle?

When it comes to keeping your vehicle running smoothly, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts are a game changer. Here’s a friendly look at why these components are essential for your car's maintenance and repair.

Precision and Compatibility

OEM parts are crafted by the same manufacturers that designed your vehicle. This means they fit like a glove! You won’t have to worry about compatibility issues when you choose OEM. With a perfect fit, your vehicle maintains its original performance and functionality, just as it was intended.

Reliability You Can Count On

One of the standout features of OEM parts is their reliability. Manufacturers pour time and resources into research and development, ensuring that each part is built to last. This means you can trust that these components will contribute to the durability and longevity of your vehicle.

Simple Installation

Ever tried to fit a square peg in a round hole? With OEM parts, that’s not a problem! Their design allows for straightforward and quick installations, making life easier for mechanics and technicians. They appreciate working with parts that are specifically engineered for the equipment they’re servicing.

Quality You Can Trust

Quality assurance is a top priority for OEM parts. Each component undergoes rigorous testing and meets the manufacturer’s high standards. This commitment means you can be confident that the parts will meet or even exceed the performance specifications necessary for your vehicle. With OEM, you’re investing in quality that stands the test of time.

Conclusion

Choosing OEM parts for your vehicle is a smart decision that ensures reliability, quality, and a perfect fit. Keep your car performing at its best with parts designed specifically for it!

Warranty and claims

1. Warranty claims due to obvious failures have to be reported immediately, or at the latest within one calendar week after delivery to the seller in written form. Non- obvious defects must be reported immediately after occurrence. If this fails to take place, any claims referring to such faults are excluded. Sending in a written notice of defect is sufficient.

2. The warranty period is – as long as there is no other period stipulated for individual products – two years from the time of delivery as far as new goods are concerned and one year after the delivery of used products.

3. If the delivered goods are faulty, the seller is first entitled to send a replacement for the removal of defects or the faulty delivery. Only when this new delivery also fails twice or is unreasonable, the customer is entitled to either cancel the contract or ask for a price reduction. The seller is entitled to refrain from a replacement delivery if this involves disproportional costs.

4. The warranty expires under following circumstances:

  • When goods are altered by a third party, processed or when faults were corrected without informing the seller, except the customer can prove that the failure can not be initially traced back to the alteration, processing or the failure itself.
  • If the goods are fitted outside an authorized specialized dealer, except when the customer can prove that the failure can not be initially traced back to the assembly of the part.
  • If legal or prescribed assembly and fitting instructions by our suppliers are not followed.
  • If goods are fitted although it is obvious that they are faulty or incomplete or that the wrong product was delivered.

5. It is basically necessary to inform us about the return consignment beforehand. The seller provides you with an individual reference number which has to be placed on the outer consignment in a well legible and clear form. Warranty claims are hereby not affected hereby. The customer has to see to it that the product is appropriately wrapped. We cannot take responsibility for any damages which result from badly or insufficiently wrapped resent products. We cannot assume liability for transport damages resulting from insufficient packing, The seller organizes a reshipment by its shipping company or the customer pays the shipping charges.
