Catch Can Kit Details

The 20-0098-FL PCV Catch Can Kit comes equipped with two mounting brackets, although you’ll only need one based on whether you're using the crankcase vent kit. This catch can seamlessly integrates with the 3/8" PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) valve. When the intake manifold pressure is at or above atmospheric pressure, the PCV "check" valve closes, preventing flow. However, during idling, low-load cruising, and deceleration, the PCV hose experiences "metered" vacuum, effectively drawing out unwanted crankcase vapors and oil sludge.

What’s great is that these catch cans are pressure sealed, making them ideal for boosted applications, so connecting to the intake manifold is not an issue.
