The OEM ABS plastic used in the original pipes is durable however as time passes they can fail due to the high levels of boost in stock and modified applications. Stock OE pipes are prone to failing where the flange meets the piping.
Our pipe bender is a master at making all the intricate bends without cutting and welding thereby keeping the interior walls of the tube smooth for better laminar air flow. Our aluminum pipes to replace the suspect boost plastic pipes supplied as OEM are a better value over any other manufacturer, by replacing all plastic piping with our aluminum pipes. - Kit helps improve durability of intercooler piping. Pipes are made out of heavy duty 6061 aluminum with a gloss black powder coated finish. Connection flanges are CNC machined for a good seal.
- Better throttle response and less turbo lag.
- Charge pipe comes with dual 1/8" NPT bungs with plugs for additional inputs or sensors.
