Replace corroded and worn out door hinge pin bushings with our indestructible replacements. Made from genuine DuPont Delrin®, our synthetic bushings will never rust and will outlast the faulty factory metal bushings. Our improved bushing design provides a snug fit while allowing your doors to open and shut smoothly. Door removal will never be any easier. Doors lift right off! Simply tap out your corroded factory bushings using the included removal punch tool ('00-'06 applications only). The 1994-99 applications require a sharp pin punch (not included) for bushing removal. Our fully detailed installation instructions will easily guide you through the process of removing the old bushings and installing the new ones. Our Delrin® bushings are machined to the correct length for each application and do not require cutting. New bushings easily press into place by hand or with a gentle tap. Kits include four door hinge bushings to restore one Wrangler and are only compatible with original equipment hinges! Made in the USA.
