All crossovers include dual 409 stainless reinforcement plates at the welds where they are needed most. All pipes are mandrel bent, to allow for the maximum flow of exhaust gasses, which boosts acceleration. Fabricated using the highest quality materials, our smooth, 16 gauge, mandrel-bent, stainless steel pipe resists corrosion and extends the life of your system.

This Conjunctive Crossover design is a proven winner! Expect to gain 15-25 HP on all of our crossover models! Open Port Exhaust provides a straight path when uncapped yet still utilizes the benefits of our crossover technology for an extra 10-15 HP. X-Change is also the perfect crossover to use when adding HVE10 electric cutouts.

Mandrel Bent vs. Compression Bent

All of the Pypes Exhaust systems are made through a process called mandrel bending. Mandrel bending is done by inserting a steel rod inside the tube, creating a perfect bend eliminating the wrinkle and kink. Due to this, it creates a more efficient exhaust flow compared to a compression bent system which in turn improves vehicle power.

Warranty: All products manufactured by PPE are guaranteed to be free from defects in the materials and workmanship at the time of sale. Sound or tone is not a warrantable/returnable issue. The products are guaranteed to fit and perform on their intended applications, provided the vehicle has not been modified or suffered structural damage. When a shipment is received damaged; the consumer must contact the carrier to start a damage claim. All warranty claims must have a return authorization and will be reviewed by our claims team. At this point, it is our option to repair or replace the component. PPE reserves the right to replace any product that has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and functionality. Under no circumstances shall the warranty be transferable or assignable. Any and all costs to remove and/or replace a warranted product are not covered by this warranty, including the shipment to and from PPE for the replacement. Also loss of vehicle, rentals or towing is not covered. Other than the warranty described above, all PPE products are sold "AS IS" and no other warranty is implied. At any time, the terms of this warranty are severable.

PPE catalytic converters carry a 3 year/50,000 mile limited warranty. This specific warranty covers applications which are in good working/running order. The warranty does not cover converter failure due to poor running/performing engine, excessive fuel, nitrous oxide, superchargers, oil, antifreeze, improper O2 sensor function, road damage or hanger breakage.

The coating on all black powder coat tips is covered under warranty for 1 year from time of purchase. The coating on the inner walls of the tip are not covered under warranty.
