This leak-proof, elastomeric DegreeFormed-in-place? material is more reliable and longer lasting than pre-cut gaskets. It is blowout resistant and protects against leaks and seepage caused by vibration and thermal expansion. The Right Stuff Black 1 Minute is designed for high-flexible, high oil resistance applications and is formulated to meet or exceed performance standards for long-term sealability, durability and handling.

Directions:
Clean and dry parts. Apply a continuous, uniform 1/16? to 1/4? bead, surrounding all bolt holes. 1/8? is suitable for most applications. Bead size may be varied by finger pressure, how quickly applicator is moved and angle. For heavier beads, nozzle may be cut to size. Activate PowerBead by twisting nozzle counterclockwise one complete revolution. This will raise trigger. Depress trigger to dispense. On first use, allow a second or two for the valve and nozzle to self-prime before product actually dispenses. Regulate pressure and flow by varying depression angle. Apply bead to one surface only, surrounding all bolt holes and evenly dispensing around entire circumference. Assemble parts within five minutes, tightening bolts to recommended torque levels. Material will fill any surface imperfection. Equipment can be returned to service immediately. After use, store applicator by twisting nozzle clockwise, wiping away excess material & replacing plastic cap with a DegreeClick?.
