Installation Notes
Installation is straightforward, allowing you to route the fuel line across the front of the engine, mirroring the OEM fuel system layout. For a returnless configuration using the mid inlet of the driver-side intake fuel rail, you will need to block off the rear ports of both fuel rails. This can be accomplished with the use of two AN-8 ORB Plugs (part number 700-04-116).
Recommended Use
For those running E85, we advise utilizing a PTFE fuel line to ensure maximum durability and compatibility. It's crucial to avoid a dead-end system without a return; instead, implement two separate fuel lines feeding into the fuel rail with individual returns directed to the fuel pressure regulator located after the fuel rails. This setup enhances performance, fuel flow, and overall reliability.
