Unique Design

The Morimoto Sealed7 2.0 is completely original, built from the ground up. Until now, the market was dominated by just a few players: the top-tier J.W. Speaker, some cheaper knock-offs from various brands, and the Truck-Lite reflector-based 7-inch lights, which are also re-branded by different companies. The Sealed7 2.0 is in a league of its own.

Impressive Output

In low beam mode, the Sealed7 utilizes Nichia NCSW170C Series LEDs combined with Morimoto's advanced Kuria Optic projector lens array to deliver approximately 3000 lumens on the road, all while maintaining a properly stepped beam pattern for LHD vehicles. When you switch to high beam mode, the dual-burn setup ramps up the output to nearly 4000 lumens’perfect for lighting up those dark roads!

Daytime Running Light and Turn Signal Features

The quad-optic design offers three key functions:

1. High-intensity white daytime running light.
2. Low-intensity white daytime running light (when low beams are on).
3. High-intensity amber turn signal.

The turn signal features a smart switchback setup that interrupts the white DRL, flashes the amber light, and then seamlessly returns to white once the signal is off. With a simple 3-wire DRL/Signal input, installation is a breeze!

Quality Craftsmanship

No corners were cut in the design of the Sealed7. It all starts with top-notch components from Nichia in Japan and Philips-Lumileds. These aren’t just any LEDs; they’re premium emitters. The UV-coated polycarbonate lens is shatterproof and designed to withstand years of wear and tear without fading. You can feel the quality in the heavy-duty die-cast housings, which double as heat sinks and are no deeper than most traditional 7-inch PAR56 headlights. The Sealed7 is designed to replace all 7-inch Round / PAR56 headlights, offering full low and high beam functionality. They come standard with H13/9008 male inputs, perfect for newer Jeep Wranglers, but you can easily adapt them to older models with an H4 adapter.
