The stock equipment on your Honda Civic is riddled with bends, and is constructed from degradation-prone materials at a restrictive diameter. All of these are characteristics that will limit the potential of your turbo-Civic. We here at Mishimoto want to remove the restriction on the future potential of the L15B7. We started with the size of the pipes. We added 13mm overall to both sides of the piping system bumping the diameters from 42mm to 55mm, equating in a 30 percent increase in size. We also took the liberty of reducing the angles of the bends in the piping, giving the charged air a more direct flow through the intercooling system improving the flow. The size and direction of the piping wasnt the only change either. Gone is the degradation-prone plastic that makes up the cold-side piping, which has been replaced with a section of mandrel-bent aluminum pipe, giving your intercooler pipe kit an improvement in durability and style. We also took the liberty to replace the rubber in the stock kit with couplers constructed with 5 layers of durable silicone embedded with heat resistant fibers, keeping engine heat out of your intercooled charged air. The result of adding the Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe kit to you 2016-2021 Honda Civic 1.5T or 2017-2020 Civic'si is the addition of flow through your intercooling system, along with a few extra horses under the hood, with the potential for more with a tune. The 2016-2021 Honda Civic 1.5T Mishimoto Performance Intercooler Pipe Kit is available in wrinkle black and Rallye red, and includes the Mishimoto lifetime Warranty.

This Warranty Policy applies solely to: (i) Mishimoto Products purchased directly from Mishimoto or Mishimoto authorized dealers (each a "Mishimoto Product" and collectively, the "Mishimoto Products") and (ii) the original purchaser of such Mishimoto Product ("Purchaser"). This Warranty Policy is non-transferable and all claims under this Warranty Policy must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. To submit a claim for a Mishimoto Product under this Warranty Policy, you must: (i) fully and accurately fill out the online form provided below; and (ii) provide Mishimoto with a copy of an original sales receipt indicating that you are the original Purchaser of the Mishimoto Product for which the claim is being submitted (you must also provide the information described in the paragraph of this Warranty Policy titled "Mishimoto Accident Protection Plan" if you are submitting a claim for a Mishimoto Product damaged in an accident). In addition, if requested by Mishimoto, you must also send the Mishimoto Product for which a claim is being made, all transportation expenses prepaid, to Mishimoto.
