Overview

Upgrade your 2014+ Polaris XP1000 4 Seater with the LSK1201R Weld-It-Yourself RADIUS Cage Kit. This robust cage is crafted from .120" and .095" DOM tubing, ensuring both strength and durability. Designed for easy installation, this kit allows you to MIG or TIG weld the components without needing a specialized fixture. Simply connect the supplied parts to the stock cage locations and assemble it right on your vehicle!

What’s Included

  • 17 laser-cut tube pieces, each marked with laser-etched part numbers for easy identification
  • 1.75" OD .120 Wall DOM tubing for the main structure, featuring two-piece main hoops
  • 1.75" OD x .095 Wall DOM tubing for main structure components
  • 1.50" OD x .095 Wall DOM tubing for windshield cross bars
  • (2) A Pillar clamps and (4) B or C Pillar clamps for secure attachment to OEM cage locations

Installation Requirements

  • Welding is required to assemble the cage once it is configured on your vehicle.

Important Notes

  • To determine the total height of the LSK cage, measure from the frame mounting bolt on the B Pillar of your RZR to 42.60 inches (see product gallery for reference).
  • Consider upgrading to the aluminum roof, which is crafted from a single piece of .06 aluminum and features a slight visor bend to match the cage radius.
