LSK1119 Suspension Kit Overview

Installation Requirements

While the LSK1119 kit is designed for a straightforward installation, there are a few additional components you’ll need:

• 10" 2.5" Piggyback Coilovers: These are not included in the kit, so be sure to source them separately.
• No Welding Required: This is a bolt-on system; however, if you plan to add bypass shocks, some welding will be necessary for the bypass hoops.
• Extended Brake Lines: A minimum length of 33" is recommended.
• ABS Sensor Line Extension: Depending on your wire routing, you may need to extend the factory ABS sensor line.
• Limit Straps: We recommend using 8" limit straps with an adjustable clevis kit, available in our Builders Components section.

Technical Specifications

• Wheel Travel: Averages 17" of usable wheel travel, depending on your limit strap, bump stop, and shock configuration.
• Wheel Base: Extended 1.25" forward for improved stability.
• Track Width: Increased by 4.5" on each side to enhance cornering performance.
• Recommended Tire Size: 37" for optimal fitment.
• Recommended Wheel Size: 17 x 9" with 4.5" backspacing (0mm offset).

Important Notes

• Coilovers and bypass shocks are custom ordered and may not always be in stock. Contact our sales team for current lead times.
• All components feature a durable black powdercoat finish.
• Upper Control Arms utilize 7/8in-14 rod ends, available for replacement in our online store.
• Spindles require a 1.00in FK Uniball (PN: WSSX16T), which can also be purchased through our store.
• Lower Control Arms use a 1.50in FK Uniball (PN: COMH24T) and LSK 1.75in Delrin bushings, with replacements available.
• Note that cam lockout plates will require permanent frame modification, being welded into the factory cam tab location.
