Who is Koni?

Koni is a company that was founded in 1857 in Oud-Beijerland, Netherlands by A.de Koning. It started as a leather equipment manufacturer for horses. It was only before the second world war broke out that Koni started manufacturing friction type shock absorbers. The KONI warranty is to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship for as long as you own that car (registered for street use) during the applicable warranty period of two years. The warranty does not cover damage to the parts caused by misuse, misapplication, wrong installation, etc.
