Manufactured under an ISO9001 quality management system, it makes it one of the best quality options on the market.
It is a simplified replica of the original hood, where the exterior is kept exact to the original. On the inside it is improved and simplified so that it becomes a wide and harmonious surface that improves the strength and aesthetics with respect to the OEM.
The hood is manufactured in two parts (exterior and interior) which are then joined in an assembly bench by means of adhesive, resulting in a structural part of great resistance. Nutserts fixed to the laminate by means of structural adhesive are used.
For the finish of use several layers of UV-protective polyurethane varnish, which provides a shine and durable finish.
Our goal is the total satisfaction of our customers and for this we use the best materials throughout the manufacturing process, leading brands in development of fibers such as Hexcel or SGL, Sika adhesives and Glasurit varnishes are some of the products we use for the construction of this part.
