The Industrial Injection 250hp / 130% Over Race 4 Injectors have been extrude honed and balanced to a perfect matching set injectors that flow 55LPM. The Race 4 250HP / 130% Over injectors should be ran with one of our Silver Phatshaft turbos, Single S400 or our compound turbo setups to run more efficiently and to help reduce EGTs. We Also recommend a CP3 upgrade like our 120% over Double Dragon Fire Pump or Dual CP3 Kit. We balance the injectors to a tighter tolerance than the original manufacturer and have put a lot of time into making these the best injectors money can buy. All the injectors we build in house are built with BRAND NEW Factory OEM parts including the nozzles.
Industrial Injection reman Injectors are the pinnacle of what you should expect out of new set of injectors. Each set of injectors are brought in direct from the OE supplier and then engineered at our facility using extrude hone processes to perfectly balance and match the set. This extensive calibration process is performed to guarantee our customers the smoothest and most reliable injectors the diesel industry has ever seen.

When replacing the injectors in your 5.9L Common Rail we highly recommend replacing the injector connecting tubes to avoid new injector contamination. The most common failure of new injector installations is contamination and the problem that we see most on these comes from the injector connecting tubes.
Each injector has a $150 core charge and is fully refundable if they are shipped back within 45 days.
