For proper installation, please note that this intake mouthpiece will require a PCV reroute. Be sure to check out part # 003-1-HSP for details. If you're running this on a 2004.5-2005 Chevy/GMC, you'll need to pair it with a 2006-2007 Chevy/GMC cold air intake. Just a heads up, the MAF sensor will need to be rescaled through tuning to ensure everything runs smoothly.
