This kit is designed to help both you and your engine enjoy a smoother ride. With a mandrel bent 4 1/2 inch intake tube, you’ll experience a significant boost in airflow. Plus, HSP's signature heat shield box does a fantastic job of keeping unwanted hot air at bay, ensuring your cold air intake stays cool. Remember, for every 1-degree rise in intake air temperature, you could lose about 3 horsepower—so keeping it cool is key!

Turbo Mouthpiece Benefits

Our high-flow turbo mouthpiece gives you the flexibility to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box. This change helps prevent engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system. (Just a note: the PCV re-route is sold separately—check out part number 003-1-HSP.)

Included in the kit are our 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge. With race-proven 5-layer silicone boots, you can trust that this setup will fit perfectly and won’t let you down. The factory hot side intercooler tube measures only 2.25 inches in diameter and features a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which can be a weak point.

Smart Routing Solutions

One common issue is that the hot side intercooler tube can rub against the power steering line, potentially causing a hole and leading to a boost leak. HSP has tackled this issue by routing the hot side tube directly into the intercooler. This adjustment results in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and more clearance in tight spots.

Our bolted together two-piece Y-bridge simplifies installation and ensures a leak-free seal, keeping you safe on the road. We’ve also included a 2-inch passenger side up pipe featuring .120 inch tubing and the best bellow available. The factory up pipe is often prone to failure at the riser due to excessive heat and pressure, so this upgrade is a smart choice.
