Introducing the Ultimate Intake Kit

This kit is designed to help you and your engine breathe easier and perform better. With a mandrel-bent 4.5-inch LBZ style intake tube, you’ll experience significant airflow improvements. Plus, HSP's signature heat shield box keeps unwanted hot air from sneaking into your cold air intake. Remember, for every 1-degree increase in intake air temperature, you can lose about 3 horsepower!

Turbo Mouthpiece Features

One of the standout features of this kit is the high-flow turbo mouthpiece. This nifty addition allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box, which helps prevent engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system. (Keep in mind, the PCV re-route is sold separately, check out part number 003-1-HSP for that.)

Quality Tubing and Installation

Included in the kit are our 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge. We’ve used race-proven 5-layer silicone boots to ensure a snug fit that you can rely on. The factory hot side intercooler tube is only 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which can often lead to issues.

With our design, the hot side intercooler tube runs directly into the intercooler, which not only lowers temperatures but also improves airflow and creates extra clearance in those tight spaces. No more worrying about the tube rubbing against the power steering line and causing boost leaks!

Cold Side Tube for Maximum Airflow

Our 3-inch cold side tube guarantees that your engine gets all the air it craves. The bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze, ensuring a leak-free seal that keeps you on the road where you belong. Plus, we’ve included a robust 2-inch passenger side up-pipe made from .120-inch tubing, featuring the best bellow on the market. The factory up-pipe is known to fail at the riser due to excessive heat and pressure, but not with ours!
