Turbo Mouthpiece & PCV System

One of the standout features of this kit is HSP's high flow turbo mouthpiece. It allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box, preventing engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system (PCV re-route sold separately, see 003-1-HSP). You’ll also receive our 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with a user-friendly two-piece Y-bridge that comes equipped with race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. This ensures a snug fit that you can rely on.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube Solution

The factory hot side intercooler tube measures only 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler that is known to fail. Our design eliminates the risk of the hot side intercooler tube rubbing against the power steering line, which can cause a boost leak. By routing the hot side tube directly into the intercooler, we achieve lower temperatures, improved airflow, and extra clearance in those tight spots.

Cold Side Tube & Exhaust Efficiency

Our 3-inch cold side tube guarantees that your engine receives all the air it craves. The bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge simplifies installation and ensures a leak-free seal, keeping you off the side of the road. To help your engine expel exhaust gases efficiently, we’ve included factory replacement 2-inch up pipes made with .120 inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows available, ensuring they last as long as your truck.

Stylish Upgrades

When it comes to aesthetics, we’ve included a forward-facing thermostat housing with a coolant return to keep your VGT turbo cool. Is your factory coolant tank looking a bit worn? No worries! We’ve also added a factory replacement coolant tank that features an all-aluminum design and an integrated low coolant sensor, keeping your engine bay looking sharp.
