This clever addition keeps unwanted hot air from entering your cold air intake, because we all know that every 1-degree increase in intake air temperature can lead to a 3hp loss.

Key Features

This kit also comes equipped with HSP's high-flow turbo mouthpiece. This innovative piece allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box, which helps prevent engine oil from gumming up the turbo and intake system. (Please note, the PCV re-route is sold separately; check out part number 003-1-HSP.)

We’ve included 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with our user-friendly two-piece Y-bridge. The race-proven 5-layer silicone boots ensure a snug fit that you can trust won't let you down.

Designed for Reliability

The factory hot side intercooler tube is just 2.25 inches in diameter and features a 90-degree boot at the intercooler that can be prone to failure. This setup can also lead to the hot side intercooler tube rubbing against the power steering line, creating the risk of a boost leak.

Our solution? We’ve designed the hot side tube to run directly into the intercooler, which results in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and extra clearance in tight spots. Plus, our bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze while ensuring a leak-free seal that keeps you on the road.

Additional Components for Performance

To help your engine breathe easier, we’ve included factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. These up pipes feature .120-inch wall tubing with the toughest bellows available, ensuring they’ll last as long as your truck does.

For a stylish touch, our forward-facing thermostat housing includes a coolant return to help keep your VGT turbo running cool. And if your factory coolant tank is looking a bit worn, we’ve got you covered with a sleek factory replacement. Our coolant tank boasts an all-aluminum design and comes with an integrated low coolant sensor.
