Turbo Mouthpiece for Enhanced Functionality

This kit includes HSP's high-flow turbo mouthpiece, which allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box. This means no more engine oil gumming up your turbo and intake system (note: PCV re-route sold separately; see 003-1-HSP). We've also included our 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge featuring race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. This ensures a snug fit that you can rely on.

Improved Design for Better Performance

Did you know the factory hot side intercooler tube is only 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler that’s prone to failure? Our design tackles this issue head-on by routing the hot side tube directly into the intercooler. This not only lowers temperatures but also enhances airflow and provides extra clearance in tight spaces.

Cold Side Tube for Optimal Airflow

Our 3-inch cold side tube guarantees your engine receives all the air it craves. The bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze, ensuring a leak-free seal that keeps you on the road, not stranded. To help expel exhaust gases efficiently, we’ve included factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. These up pipes are constructed with .120 inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows available, ensuring they stand the test of time.

Stylish and Functional Additions

We didn’t forget about aesthetics! Our forward-facing thermostat housing with coolant return helps keep your VGT turbo running cool. If your factory coolant tank is starting to show its age, we’ve got you covered with a sleek factory replacement. Made from all-aluminum, it even features an incorporated low coolant sensor to keep everything in check.
