This kit includes HSP's high-flow turbo mouthpiece, which outperforms any ported mouthpiece available today. We also provide HSP's hot side and cold side intercooler piping to ensure optimal performance.

Say Goodbye to Restrictive Tubing

If you own a 2001-2004 Duramax truck, you’re probably aware that the factory intercooler tubing can be quite restrictive and prone to failure. With only a 2.25-inch diameter and a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, it’s a recipe for trouble. This setup can even lead to the hot side intercooler tube rubbing against the power steering line, which might create a boost leak. Yikes!

Our Solution

HSP has the perfect fix! We designed the hot side tube to run directly into the intercooler, utilizing race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. This innovative design results in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and extra clearance in tight spaces. To help your engine breathe easier, our kit also includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes.

Our up pipes are constructed with .120-inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows on the market, ensuring they stand the test of time alongside your truck. Plus, for a stylish touch, we’ve included a forward-facing thermostat housing with a coolant return to keep your IHI turbo running cool.
