The LLY Duramax comes with a charge air system that can feel a bit limited right out of the factory. We noticed that those small-diameter factory tubes could be holding back some serious power. That's why we decided to step things up by increasing the tubing size to a robust 3 inches. The results? Major power gains that really make a difference compared to the factory intercooler system!

During our dyno testing of the HSP upgraded intercooler tubing, we were thrilled to see incredible improvements in both horsepower and torque. This is one of those components that often gets overlooked, but it truly packs a punch. With our upgraded tubing, you can expect a flow that's 53% better than what the factory unit can manage. Keep in mind that power increases may vary based on your specific model, tuning calibrations, turbo options, and aftermarket fuel systems. But one thing’s for sure: the more air your intercooler can flow, the more power you can unleash!
