High-Quality Components

This kit also includes HSP's high flow turbo mouthpiece, which allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box. This means less engine oil gumming up your turbo and intake system (please note that the PCV re-route is sold separately; check out part number 003-1-HSP). You’ll also receive our 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge featuring race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. This ensures a perfect fit that you can count on.

Smart Design for Better Performance

The factory hot side intercooler tube measures only 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which can be a weak point. This design can lead to rubbing against the power steering line, potentially causing a boost leak. HSP's solution? We’ve engineered a hot side tube that runs directly into the intercooler, resulting in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and extra clearance in tight spaces. Our two-piece Y-bridge bolts together easily and guarantees a leak-free seal, ensuring you won’t find yourself stranded.

Enhanced Cooling and Aesthetics

To help your engine breathe easier, this kit includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. Our up pipes are built with .120 inch wall tubing and feature the toughest bellows available, ensuring they’ll stand the test of time alongside your truck. For added style, we’ve included a forward-facing thermostat housing with coolant return to keep your VGT turbo cool. Is your factory coolant tank starting to look a bit tired? Don’t worry! We’ve got you covered with a factory replacement coolant tank that not only performs well but also looks great under the hood. This tank boasts an all-aluminum design with a built-in low coolant sensor.
