High Flow Turbo Mouthpiece

What’s more, this kit includes HSP's high flow turbo mouthpiece, allowing you to reroute your factory PCV system and ditch that factory resonator box. This change helps eliminate unwanted engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system (PCV re-route sold separately, check out 003-1-HSP). You’ll also find our 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, paired with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge featuring race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. You can trust this setup for a snug fit that won’t let you down!

Smart Design for Better Performance

Did you know that the factory hot side intercooler tube is only 2.25 inches in diameter and comes with a 90-degree boot at the intercooler? This design can lead to failure. Our approach reroutes the hot side tube directly into the intercooler, resulting in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and better clearance in those tight spots.

Easy Installation

Our two-piece Y-bridge bolts together seamlessly, making installation a breeze and ensuring a leak-free seal that keeps you on the road. To help your engine breathe better, we’ve included factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. These up pipes are crafted with .120-inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows on the market, ensuring they last as long as your truck.

Stylish and Functional

We didn’t forget about style! This kit includes a forward-facing thermostat housing with a coolant return to help keep your VGT turbo running cool. Is your factory coolant tank looking a bit worn? No worries! We’ve also included a factory replacement coolant tank to keep your engine bay looking sharp. Our coolant tank features an all-aluminum design complete with a low coolant sensor.
