This kit is designed to help both you and your engine breathe a little easier. With a mandrel-bent 4.5-inch intake tube, you can expect significant airflow improvements. Plus, HSP's signature heat shield box keeps unwanted hot air from sneaking into your cold air intake. Remember, for every 1-degree rise in intake air temperature, you could lose about 3hp. That's why this kit also includes HSP's high-flow turbo mouthpiece for optimal performance.

Turbo Mouthpiece Benefits

This turbo mouthpiece allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box. This means no more unwanted engine oil gumming up your turbo and intake system (PCV re-route sold separately, see 003-1-HSP). You'll also receive our 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge featuring race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. You can count on a perfect fit that won’t let you down.

Say Goodbye to Boost Leaks

The factory hot side intercooler tube is just 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which can be a weak spot. This setup can lead to the hot side intercooler tube rubbing against the power steering line, creating a boost leak. HSP’s solution? A design that runs the hot side tube directly into the intercooler. This results in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and better clearance in tight spaces. Our bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze and ensures a leak-free seal, keeping you on the road where you belong.

Durable Up-Pipe Included

We’ve also included one of our 2-inch passenger side up-pipes, crafted with .120-inch tubing and the best bellow on the market. The factory up-pipe often fails at the riser due to excessive heat and pressure, but ours is built to last.
