Turbo Mouthpiece and PCV System

This kit comes equipped with HSP's high-flow turbo mouthpiece, allowing you to reroute your factory PCV system and eliminate the factory resonator box. This means no more engine oil gumming up your turbo and intake system! (Just a heads up: the PCV re-route is sold separately, check out 003-1-HSP for that.)

Top-Notch Tubes and Y-Bridge

Included are our 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge. We’ve used race-proven 5-layer silicone boots, ensuring a snug fit that won’t let you down. Unlike the factory hot side intercooler tube, which has a narrow 2.25-inch diameter and a 90-degree boot that can fail, our design routes the hot side tube directly into the intercooler. This not only lowers temperatures but also improves airflow and provides extra clearance in tight spots.

Cold Side Tube for Maximum Airflow

Our 3-inch cold side tube guarantees your engine gets all the air it craves. The bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze and ensures a leak-free seal, keeping you off the side of the road.

Exhaust Efficiency

To help expel exhaust gases effectively, this kit includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. Our up pipes are built with .120-inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows available, ensuring they’ll last as long as your truck.

When it comes to styling, we’ve included a forward-facing thermostat housing with a coolant return to keep your VGT turbo running cool. Is your factory coolant tank starting to look a bit worn? No worries! We’ve got you covered with a factory replacement coolant tank that not only performs well but also keeps your engine bay looking sharp. Our coolant tank features an all-aluminum design with a built-in low coolant sensor.
