With a diameter of only 2.25 inches and a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, it’s prone to failure. This setup might even cause the hot side intercooler tube to rub against the power steering line, leading to potential boost leaks.

HSP has tackled this issue by routing the hot side tube directly into the intercooler using race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. This design results in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and added clearance in tight spots. To help your engine expel exhaust gases effectively, we’ve included factory replacement 2-inch up pipes.
