Cold Air Intake: A Game Changer

The HSP Diesel 6.7 Powerstroke intake is a significant upgrade from the factory parts. We’ve crafted it using a full metal assembly, complete with a large heat shield that ensures cooler air intake while enhancing the overall look of your engine bay.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube: Strength Meets Performance

Our Hot Side Tube for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke is made from durable aluminized steel. This choice gives us added strength and allows for mandrel bends, which means smoother curves for better airflow and reduced turbulence.

We’ve also upgraded the boots to a robust 5-ply silicone style, replacing the factory boots that are prone to failure. Included is a billet coupler that comes with a new clip, ensuring you spend more time on the road and less time worrying about reliability.

Cold Side Intercooler Tube: The Upgrade You Need

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak point. Our version features better boots and a custom bent tube for enhanced performance.

The standout feature? Our billet coupler. This upgrade is unlike anything else available, significantly boosting your truck's reliability and power potential.

In testing, we achieved an impressive 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels, all while maintaining emissions and stock tuning—just by using this bundle kit!
