The HSP Diesel 6.7 Powerstroke intake is a significant upgrade from the factory components. We’ve crafted it using a full metal assembly, complete with a large heat shield that not only allows for cooler air intake but also enhances the overall look of your engine bay.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube: Built to Last

Our Hot Side Tube for the 6.7 Powerstroke is constructed from durable aluminized steel. This design provides added strength and allows for mandrel bends, which means smoother airflow and reduced turbulence. Plus, we’ve upgraded the boots to a robust 5-ply silicone style, replacing the factory's weaker options. A billet coupler is also included for a secure installation, ensuring you’ll spend more time on the road and less time worrying about reliability.

Cold Side Intercooler Tube: Strengthened for Performance

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak point. We’ve addressed this by upgrading to superior boots and using our in-house bent tube for improved performance. The standout feature is our billet coupler, which is unlike anything else available today. This upgrade boosts both reliability and the power your truck can handle. In our testing with a 2022 model, we achieved an impressive 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels—all while maintaining emissions and using stock tuning!
