Let’s Talk About the Cold Air Intake

The HSP Diesel 6.7 Powerstroke intake is a significant upgrade from the factory components. We’ve utilized a full metal assembly for durability, along with a large heat shield that keeps the air cooler while enhancing the overall look of your engine bay.

What About the Hot Side Intercooler Tube?

Our Hot Side Tube for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke is crafted from aluminized steel, providing extra strength while allowing for smooth mandrel bends. These bends are engineered for optimal flow and minimal turbulence, ensuring your truck performs at its best.

We’ve upgraded the boots to a robust 5-ply silicone design, replacing the factory versions that are prone to failure. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler with a new clip for a more reliable setup, meaning you can hit the road with confidence.

Details on the Cold Side Intercooler Tube

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak point, but we’ve made significant improvements. Our in-house bent tube and upgraded boots enhance performance, while the standout feature is our billet coupler—an upgrade that truly sets us apart from the competition.

In our testing with a 2022 vehicle, we recorded an impressive 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels—all while keeping emissions intact and using stock tuning, thanks to this bundle kit!
