Cold Air Intake Details
The HSP Diesel 6.7 Powerstroke intake is a significant upgrade from the factory parts. We’ve crafted it with a full metal assembly and a large heat shield that promotes cooler air intake while enhancing the overall look.
Hot Side Intercooler Tube Insights
Our HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke is made from robust aluminized steel. This not only adds strength but also allows for mandrel bends, ensuring optimal flow with minimal turbulence. We’ve also upgraded the boots to a 5-ply, high-strength silicone style to replace the factory parts that are prone to failure. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler for a secure installation with a new clip, ensuring you’re back on the road with a more reliable setup!
Cold Side Intercooler Tube Upgrade
The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has been a weak point since day one. We’ve addressed this with better boots and our custom bent tube. The standout feature is our billet coupler, which is unmatched in the market and will enhance your truck's reliability and power handling.
In our testing with a 2022 model, we achieved an impressive 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels, all while keeping emissions intact and using stock tuning—thanks to just this bundle kit!
