The HSP Diesel 6.7 Powerstroke intake is a significant upgrade from the factory parts. We’ve opted for a full metal assembly, complete with a large heat shield that not only allows for cooler air but also adds a touch of style to your engine bay.

Hot Side Intercooler Tube Insights

Constructed from aluminized steel, the HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube for the latest 6.7 Powerstroke is built to last. This material not only provides increased strength but also allows for mandrel bends. These bends ensure optimal flow and minimal turbulence, helping your truck perform at its best.

We’ve upgraded the boots to a durable 5-ply, high-strength silicone style, replacing the factory boots that are often prone to failure. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler with a new clip for easy installation. You can hit the road with confidence, knowing your setup is more reliable than ever!

Cold Side Intercooler Tube Improvements

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak point, but we’ve made some serious upgrades. With better boots and our specially bent tube, you’ll notice a significant difference.

The standout feature here is our billet coupler—an upgrade like no other on the market today. This not only enhances your truck's reliability but also boosts the power you can handle.

In our tests with a 2022 vehicle, we achieved an impressive 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels, all while keeping emissions intact and using stock tuning—just with this bundle kit!
