Hot Side Intercooler Tube Details

The HSP Diesel Hot Side Tube for the late model 6.7 Powerstroke is made from durable aluminized steel. This material not only provides extra strength but also allows for mandrel bends, ensuring optimal flow with minimal turbulence. We’ve also upgraded the boots to a robust 5-ply, high-strength silicone style to replace the factory boots that are prone to failure. Plus, we’ve included a billet coupler that comes with a new clip, giving you a more reliable setup for those longer drives.

Cold Side Intercooler Tube Improvements

The factory Cold Side on the 6.7 Powerstroke has always been a weak point, but we’ve made some serious upgrades! Our in-house bent tube and enhanced boots make a big difference. The standout feature here is our billet coupler, which is unlike anything else on the market. This upgrade will boost your truck’s reliability and help you handle even more power.

In our 2022 test vehicle, we achieved an impressive 963 ft-lbs of torque at 1850 RPM and 419 HP at 2850 RPM at the wheels—all while keeping emissions intact and using stock tuning. And all of this was accomplished with just this bundle kit!
