Plus, HSP's signature heat shield box keeps unwanted hot air from sneaking into your cold air intake. Remember, for every 1-degree rise in intake air temperature, you could lose up to 3 horsepower!

High Flow Turbo Mouthpiece

Our turbo mouthpiece is a game-changer. It allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box, which helps prevent engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system. You’ll also benefit from 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, paired with our max flow Y-bridge and turbo mouthpiece.

Upgrade Your Duramax

If you own a 2011-2016 Duramax, you might be aware that the factory hot side intercooler tube is known for its weaknesses. The two-piece design, with crimped-on boots, often fails under heat and pressure, leaving you stranded. The factory cold side isn’t much better, being made of plastic with a clamping system that just doesn’t cut it.

This kit replaces all those troublesome pipes, coming equipped with our race-proven 5-layer silicone boots for years of dependable driving. Along with our Max flow Y-bridge and turbo mouthpiece, you can expect noticeable performance gains while keeping your engine temperatures in check. We’ve also included a robust 2-inch passenger side up pipe featuring .120 inch tubing and top-notch bellow design.
