Turbo Mouthpiece & PCV System

This kit also includes HSP's high-flow turbo mouthpiece, allowing you to reroute your factory PCV system. By removing the factory resonator box, you can prevent engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system. (Note: PCV re-route is sold separately; check out part 003-1-HSP for that!)

Easy Installation with Quality Components

We've included 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with our user-friendly two-piece Y-bridge. With race-proven 5-layer silicone boots, you can trust that everything will fit perfectly and securely. Unlike the factory hot side intercooler tube, which is only 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot that can fail, our design ensures a direct route to the intercooler. This means lower temperatures, improved airflow, and extra clearance in tight spots!

Cold Side Tube for Optimal Airflow

Our 3-inch cold side tube guarantees your engine gets all the air it craves. The bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze, ensuring a leak-free seal that keeps you on the road. To help expel exhaust gases efficiently, we’ve included factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. Made with .120-inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows on the market, these up pipes are built to last as long as your truck.

Stylish and Functional Additions

When it comes to looks and functionality, we've got you covered! Our forward-facing thermostat housing features a coolant return to keep your VGT turbo running cool. If your factory coolant tank is starting to show its age, don’t worry—we’ve included a factory replacement coolant tank. This all-aluminum design comes with an integrated low coolant sensor, keeping your engine bay looking sharp.
