If you own a 2001-2004 Duramax truck, you might be familiar with the factory intercooler tubing's limitations. At just 2.25 inches in diameter, it features a 90-degree boot at the intercooler that can be prone to failure. This setup can even lead to the hot side intercooler tube rubbing against the power steering line, potentially causing a boost leak.

A Smart Solution

HSP has created a smart solution by routing the hot side tube directly into the intercooler using race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. This design results in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and extra clearance in those tight spots.
