Plus, HSP's signature heat shield box keeps unwanted hot air from sneaking into the cold air intake. Remember, for every 1-degree increase in intake air temperature, you could lose about 3 horsepower!
High Flow Turbo Mouthpiece
Our kit includes HSP's high flow turbo mouthpiece, which allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and eliminate the factory resonator box. This means no more unwanted engine oil gumming up your turbo and intake system. You’ll also benefit from 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with our max flow Y-bridge and turbo mouthpiece.
Say Goodbye to Factory Failures
If you own a 2011-2016 Duramax, you know that the factory hot side intercooler tube is notorious for failure. Its two-piece design features crimped boots that often give out under heat and pressure, leaving you stranded. The factory cold side isn’t much better, made from plastic with a clamping system that just doesn’t cut it.

This kit replaces all those failure-prone pipes with durable components, including our race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. Enjoy years of worry-free driving while keeping your engine temperatures down. We’ve also included a robust 2-inch passenger side up-pipe made from .120 inch tubing, featuring the best bellow on the market.
