Remember, for every 1-degree rise in intake air temperature, you could lose up to 3 horsepower!

Turbo Mouthpiece Benefits

Our turbo mouthpiece allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box. This means you can say goodbye to unwanted engine oil gumming up your turbo and intake system (PCV re-route sold separately—check out 003-1-HSP for details). You’ll also receive our 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge. With race-proven 5-layer silicone boots, you can trust that everything will fit perfectly without letting you down.

Addressing Potential Issues

The factory hot side intercooler tube is just 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which can be a weak point. Our design minimizes the risk of the hot side intercooler tube rubbing against the power steering line, which can lead to a boost leak. By routing the hot side tube directly into the intercooler, we help keep temperatures lower, improve airflow, and provide extra clearance in tight spots.

Easy Installation

Worried about installation? Our bolted together two-piece Y-bridge makes it a breeze, ensuring a leak-free seal that won’t leave you stranded. Plus, we’ve included a 2-inch passenger side up pipe made from durable .120 inch tubing, featuring the best bellow on the market. The factory up pipe is known to fail at the riser due to excessive heat and pressure, but not with our kit!
