All-in-One Performance Kit

Our kit features a mandrel bent 4 1/2 inch intake tube designed to maximize airflow, paired with HSP's signature heat shield box. This clever design keeps unwanted hot air from sneaking into your cold air intake. Remember, for every 1-degree rise in intake air temperature, you could lose up to 3 horsepower!

Turbo Mouthpiece and PCV Reroute

This kit comes with HSP's high-flow turbo mouthpiece, which allows you to reroute your factory PCV system. By removing the factory resonator box, you can prevent engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system (note that the PCV re-route is sold separately, see part number 003-1-HSP). You’ll also get our 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge. The race-proven 5-layer silicone boots ensure a snug fit you can count on!

Improved Hot Side Intercooler Tube

Did you know that the factory hot side intercooler tube measures only 2.25 inches in diameter? It also has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler that’s notorious for failing. With our design, we run the hot side tube directly into the intercooler, which leads to lower temperatures, better airflow, and added clearance in those tight spots. Plus, our bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze and guarantees a leak-free seal that keeps you on the road.

Up Pipes and Thermostat Housing

To help get exhaust gases out of your engine efficiently, this kit includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. Our up pipes are built with .120 inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows available, ensuring they’ll last as long as your truck. And for a touch of style, we’ve included a forward-facing thermostat housing with coolant return to keep your VGT turbo running cool. If your factory coolant tank is starting to show its age, don’t worry! We’ve also added a factory replacement coolant tank featuring an all-aluminum design and an integrated low coolant sensor.
