High Flow Turbo Mouthpiece

This kit includes HSP's high flow turbo mouthpiece, allowing you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box. Say goodbye to engine oil gumming up your turbo and intake system! (Just a heads-up, the PCV re-route is sold separately - check out the 003-1-HSP for that.)

Durable Tubing and Easy Installation

You’ll also find our 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, plus an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge. With race-proven 5-layer silicone boots, you can rest assured that you’ll get a perfect fit without any hassles. The factory hot side intercooler tube is only 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler that can be prone to failure.

We’ve tackled this issue by routing the hot side tube directly into the intercooler, which not only reduces temperatures but also improves airflow and provides extra clearance in tight spots. The two-piece Y-bridge design ensures a smooth installation and a leak-free seal, keeping you on the go without any worries.

Robust Up Pipes for Better Exhaust Flow

To help expel exhaust gases efficiently, this kit includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. Our up pipes are made with .120-inch wall tubing and feature the toughest bellows available, ensuring they stand the test of time just like your truck.

We haven’t forgotten about aesthetics either! Our forward-facing thermostat housing with coolant return will help keep your VGT turbo running cool. Plus, if your factory coolant tank is starting to look a bit worn, we’ve got you covered with a sleek factory replacement coolant tank that features an all-aluminum design and an integrated low coolant sensor.
