Key Features

This kit is packed with all the essentials, including HSP's high flow turbo mouthpiece. This upgrade allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box, which helps prevent engine oil from gumming up the turbo and intake system (note: PCV re-route sold separately, see 003-1-HSP).

We've also included our 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge featuring race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. You can count on a snug fit that won’t let you down. The factory hot side intercooler tube measures only 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which is known to fail.

With the new routing, you can avoid the common issue of the hot side intercooler tube rubbing against the power steering line, which can cause a boost leak. HSP's solution? A direct connection from the hot side tube to the intercooler, leading to cooler temperatures, improved airflow, and extra clearance in tight spaces.

Our 3-inch cold side tube ensures your engine gets all the air it craves. The bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge simplifies installation and guarantees a leak-free seal, so you won't find yourself stranded on the side of the road. To facilitate exhaust gas exit, this kit also includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes, constructed from .120-inch wall tubing with the toughest bellows available to ensure they last as long as your truck.

If your factory coolant tank is looking a bit worse for wear, worry not!
