Featuring 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with our max flow Y-bridge and turbo mouthpiece, this kit is built to last. If you own a 2011-2016 Duramax, you know the factory hot side intercooler tube is prone to failure. The two-piece design with crimped-on boots can’t handle the heat and pressure for long. Our kit replaces all those failure-prone pipes, using race-proven 5-layer silicone boots to ensure years of worry-free driving.

To help expel exhaust gases efficiently, we’ve included factory replacement 2-inch up pipes crafted from .120-inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows available. These will stand the test of time alongside your truck.

Stylish and Functional Coolant Tank

We’ve also added a factory replacement coolant tank that not only looks great but is made from all-aluminum and features an integrated low coolant sensor. To add a splash of color to your engine bay, our upper coolant tube is included, providing extra room for dual pumps and preventing any hose rubbing against the wheel.
