Turbo Mouthpiece & Engine Efficiency

This kit comes equipped with HSP's high-flow turbo mouthpiece, which allows you to reroute your factory PCV system while eliminating the factory resonator box. This change helps prevent engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system (please note that the PCV re-route is sold separately; check out part number 003-1-HSP). You’ll also receive our sturdy 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge featuring race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. This means a great fit that you can count on!

Upgraded Hot Side Intercooler Tube

Did you know that the factory hot side intercooler tube is only 2.25 inches in diameter? It also has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which is prone to failure. This setup can cause the hot side intercooler tube to rub against the power steering line, potentially leading to a boost leak. HSP's solution? We’ve designed our hot side tube to connect directly to the intercooler, resulting in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and added clearance in tight spots. Our two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze, ensuring a leak-free seal that will keep you on the road.

Durable Up Pipes & Coolant Tank

To help with exhaust gas evacuation, this kit includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes made from .120-inch wall tubing, featuring the toughest bellows on the market for maximum durability. For stylish functionality, we’ve included a forward-facing thermostat housing with a coolant return to keep your VGT turbo cool. Is your factory coolant tank starting to look a bit worn? Not to worry—we’ve got you covered with a factory replacement coolant tank that not only looks great but is also made from all-aluminum and comes with a built-in low coolant sensor.
