High-Performance Turbo Mouthpiece

This kit also comes with HSP's high flow turbo mouthpiece, which allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box. This helps eliminate the issue of engine oil gumming up your turbo and intake system (PCV re-route sold separately, see 003-1-HSP).

Easy Installation with Reliable Components

Included are our 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge. The race-proven 5-layer silicone boots ensure a snug fit that you can count on. Unlike the factory hot side intercooler tube, which has a mere 2.25 inches in diameter and a 90-degree boot at the intercooler that’s prone to failure, our design provides a more reliable solution.

By routing the hot side tube directly into the intercooler, we not only lower temperatures but also improve airflow while providing extra clearance in tight spots. Our bolted together two-piece Y-bridge guarantees a straightforward installation and a leak-free seal, keeping you safe on the road.

Durable Up Pipes and Stylish Additions

To help get those exhaust gases out of your engine, we’ve included factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. These up pipes are crafted using .120-inch wall tubing and feature the toughest bellows on the market, ensuring they last as long as your truck.

For a touch of style, we’ve added a forward-facing thermostat housing with a coolant return to keep your VGT turbo running cool. Is your factory coolant tank looking a bit worn? Not to worry! Our kit includes a factory replacement coolant tank, made from all-aluminum and featuring an integrated low coolant sensor to keep your engine bay looking sharp.
