This kit is designed to help both you and your engine breathe a sigh of relief. With a mandrel-bent 4.5-inch LBZ style intake tube, you’ll experience a significant boost in airflow. Plus, HSP's signature heat shield box keeps unwanted hot air from sneaking into your cold air intake. Remember, for every 1-degree rise in intake air temperature, you could lose about 3 horsepower!

High Flow Turbo Mouthpiece

Our turbo mouthpiece allows you to reroute your factory PCV system while removing the factory resonator box. This means no more engine oil gumming up your turbo and intake system (please note that the PCV re-route is sold separately; check out part number 003-1-HSP). We’ve also included 3-inch mandrel bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge. With race-proven 5-layer silicone boots, you can count on a snug fit that won’t let you down.

Addressing Common Issues

The factory hot side intercooler tube is only 2.25 inches in diameter and features a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which can be a weak point. If the hot side intercooler tube rubs against the power steering line, it could wear a hole in the tube, leading to a boost leak. HSP has tackled this issue by designing the hot side tube to connect directly to the intercooler, resulting in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and better clearance in tight spaces.

Cold Side Tube for Optimal Airflow

Our 3-inch cold side tube ensures that your engine gets all the air it craves. The two-piece Y-bridge design makes installation a breeze and guarantees a leak-free seal, so you won’t find yourself stranded on the side of the road. Plus, we’ve included one of our 2-inch passenger side up pipes, featuring .120 inch tubing and the best bellow available. The factory up-pipe often fails at the riser due to excessive heat and pressure, but not with our kit!
