This kit doesn’t stop there! It includes HSP's high-flow turbo mouthpiece, which allows you to reroute your factory PCV system while removing the factory resonator box. This helps prevent engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system (please note, the PCV re-route is sold separately, see part number 003-1-HSP).

Along with that, you’ll receive our 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, plus an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge. Our race-proven 5-layer silicone boots ensure a snug fit that you can rely on!

Say Goodbye to Common Issues

Did you know that the factory hot side intercooler tube is just 2.25 inches in diameter? It also has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler that can be prone to failure. This setup can lead to rubbing against the power steering line, which may cause a hole in the tube and result in a boost leak. But don’t worry—HSP has the solution!

We’ve designed our hot side tube to connect directly into the intercooler, resulting in lower temperatures, improved airflow, and extra clearance in tight spots. Our bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze and guarantees a leak-free seal, keeping you on the road without worries.

Additional Components for a Complete Upgrade

To help your engine breathe better, this kit includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. Our up pipes are built with .120 inch wall tubing and feature the toughest bellows available, ensuring they’ll last as long as your truck does. Plus, we’ve included a forward-facing thermostat housing with a coolant return to keep your VGT turbo running cool.

If your factory coolant tank is starting to show signs of wear, we’ve got that covered too! Our all-aluminum replacement coolant tank not only looks great but also includes a built-in low coolant sensor.
