Key Features

This kit includes HSP's high-flow turbo mouthpiece, which allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box. This upgrade helps prevent engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system (PCV re-route sold separately, see 003-1-HSP). Plus, you’ll receive our 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge featuring race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. You can trust that this setup will fit perfectly and stand the test of time.

Smart Design for Better Performance

The factory hot side intercooler tube measures only 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which is known to fail. Our design routes the hot side tube directly into the intercooler, reducing temperatures, improving airflow, and providing extra clearance in tight spots. No more worrying about the hot side intercooler tube rubbing against the power steering line and creating boost leaks!

Easy Installation

Our two-piece Y-bridge bolts together seamlessly, making installation a breeze and ensuring a leak-free seal that won’t leave you stranded. To help expel exhaust gases efficiently, this kit includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. These up pipes are constructed with .120-inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows on the market, ensuring they’ll last as long as your truck.

Stylish and Functional

We haven’t forgotten about aesthetics! Our forward-facing thermostat housing with coolant return helps keep your VGT turbo running cool. If your factory coolant tank is looking a bit worn, we’ve included a replacement tank that combines style and function. Made from all-aluminum, it features an integrated low coolant sensor to keep everything in check.
