High Flow Turbo Mouthpiece

One of the standout features is HSP's high flow turbo mouthpiece. This clever addition allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and remove the factory resonator box, which helps prevent engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system. (Just a heads up, the PCV re-route is sold separately, see part number 003-1-HSP.)

Included in the kit are our 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge. You can trust our race-proven 5-layer silicone boots to provide a perfect fit that stands the test of time. Unlike the factory hot side intercooler tube, which is only 2.25 inches in diameter and prone to failure at the 90-degree boot, our design eliminates potential issues.

Smart Routing for Enhanced Clearance

Our routing solution minimizes the risk of the hot side intercooler tube rubbing against the power steering line, which can lead to a boost leak. By directing the hot side tube straight into the intercooler, you’ll enjoy lower temperatures, improved airflow, and better clearance in tight spots.

Worried about installation? Our bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes it a breeze, ensuring a leak-free seal that keeps you on the road. To help expel exhaust gases efficiently, this kit also includes factory replacement 2-inch up pipes. Made with .120-inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows on the market, these up pipes are built to last as long as your truck.

We didn’t forget about style! This kit comes with a forward-facing thermostat housing that features a coolant return to keep your VGT turbo running cool. Is your factory coolant tank looking a bit worn? We’ve included a replacement that not only functions well but also enhances the look of your engine bay. Our all-aluminum coolant tank comes with a low coolant sensor for added peace of mind.
