Remember, for every 1-degree increase in intake air temperature, you could lose about 3hp—so keeping things cool is key!

Turbo Mouthpiece & Engine Protection

This kit comes equipped with HSP's high-flow turbo mouthpiece, which allows you to reroute your factory PCV system and ditch the factory resonator box. This helps prevent engine oil from gumming up your turbo and intake system (PCV re-route sold separately, see 003-1-HSP). You’ll also receive our 3-inch mandrel-bent hot side and cold side tubes, along with an easy-to-install two-piece Y-bridge featuring race-proven 5-layer silicone boots. This means you’ll enjoy a perfect fit that you can count on.

Improved Routing & Performance

We know that the factory hot side intercooler tube is only 2.25 inches in diameter and has a 90-degree boot at the intercooler, which can lead to failures. Our solution? A hot side tube that connects directly to the intercooler. This design not only helps lower temperatures but also improves airflow and provides extra clearance in those tight spots.

Cold Side Tube & Installation

Our 3-inch cold side tube ensures your engine gets all the air it craves. The bolted-together two-piece Y-bridge makes installation a breeze and guarantees a leak-free seal, so you won't find yourself stranded on the side of the road. To help your engine breathe easier, we’ve included factory replacement 2-inch up pipes made with .120 inch wall tubing and the toughest bellows available, ensuring they’ll last as long as your truck.

Stylish & Functional Components

When it comes to style, we've got you covered with our forward-facing thermostat housing featuring a coolant return to keep your VGT turbo running cool. If your factory coolant tank is starting to show its age, don’t worry—we’ve included a factory replacement coolant tank that not only looks great but is also made from all-aluminum with an integrated low coolant sensor.
